이소라가 1995년 9월에 발표한 1집 앨범 '이소라 Vol 1’의 수록곡으로 이소라와 이문세가 듀엣으로 노래하였습니다.

작사는 장필순이, 작곡은 김현철, 편곡은 김동성이 작업을 했습니다. 이 노래는 이별을 앞둔 연인들의 마지막 대화를 그려낸 것으로, 서로를 잊지 말기로 약속하면서도 슬픔과 후회를 감추지 못하는 모습을 담았습니다. 
이 노래가 수록된 앨범은 2010년 음악웹진 100비트에 의해 선정된 1990년대 100대 명반 중 89위에 랭크되었다.

너무나도 균형이 잘 맞아서 소름돋았던 무대였어요. 신동재 님 성량 어마어마한 분인데 파트너에 맞춰서 절제한 것도 너무 멋있었습니다.  맑고 분명하고 정확하지만 따뜻하게 소리내시는 최여완 님 정가도 중독성 있습니다.
