1986년에 발매한 '참새의 하루' 앨범의 수록곡으로 송창식이 발표한 포크락 장르의 음악. 송창식 본인이 직접 작곡, 작사하였으며, 직설적이면서도 해학적인 가사가 특징인 노래다.

록밴드 YB가 정규 4집에서 리메이크한 바 있으며, 해외 진출을 위해 영어 버전 "Cigarette Girl"로 리메이크하여 디지털 싱글 음원으로 발매한 바 있다.
