2019년에 방영한 드라마 '멜로가 체질'의 OST의 1번 트랙이자 타이틀 곡으로 장범준이 직접 작사, 작곡한 첫 OST이다. 
짝사랑하는 남자의 마음을 그린 곡이다. 특히 초기 버스커버스커 감성을 담고 있으며 장범준 특유의 부드럽고 따스한 목소리로 완성돼 깊은 감동을 준다.

발매 당시 멜론 차트 기준 60위로 진입하였는데, 입소문을 타며 천천히 역주행을 하더니 결국 발매 한 달만인 9월 23일, 멜론 차트 1위를 차지하였다. 사실 드라마의 경우, 평균 1% 대의 시청률을 기록하고 있어 드라마의 힘 없이 오직 노래의 힘으로만 이뤄낸 성과라 진정한 역주행이란 평을 받고 있다

가사의 맨 첫 문장이 노래 제목이다. 여러 형태로 줄여 부르는데, '흔꽃샴푸', '흔꽃샴'으로 많이 불린다..
