애절한 이별 후 되돌릴 수 없이 멀어진 연인을 그리워하지만, 깊게 남은 상처가 괴로워 붙잡을 수 없는 슬픔을 노래한다. 

'이수'의 감성이 녹아든 가사가 장엄한 분위기의 첼로 라인과 섬세한 기타 연주, 그리고 격정적인 피아노 연주와 어우러져 이별의 슬픔을 극대화시킨다. 또한 후반부에 폭발하듯 터져 나오는 '이수'의 가창력은 '엠씨 더맥스'의 색깔을 대중들에게 확실히 각인시키며, 전율케 하는 감동을 선사한다.
